MIC1024 data asquisition system was designed in order to check the operability of the die at the completion of each technological stage of the creation of a microassembly based on an GaAs sensor.

The system consists of four PCBs: FPGA board ZYJZGW-XC7Z010, Main, Probe and Chip Board. The FPGA board is installed directly on the Main Board board. The Main Board is connected to the Probe Board and Chip Board with flat cables.

• Connection to a personal computer (PC) via the Ethernet;

• Clock and reset signals generation;
• Generation of DAC signals for setting bias voltages and currents;
