SIMS16 Chip Testing System

SIMS16 Chip Testing System

SIMS16 is a specialized 16-channel analog-to-digital integrated chip designed for reading and amplifying signals from multi-element x-ray sensor arrays, comparing signal amplitudes against a set threshold, and counting the number of pulses with amplitudes exceeding the defined threshold.

The system allows testing all operating modes of the SIMS16 chip.

The SIMS16 testing system provides a reliable solution for testing analog and digital chips used in scientific research and industrial automation. Its modular architecture ensures easy adaptability to various customer requirements.
